David Storm from the novel The Chrsyalids is a young boy with a telepathic power which is the ability to speak to other people from the community that are also closeted telepaths. I imagine David being a short boy, with pale skin and brown hair but a very adventerous heart. Some character traits of Davids are:
-Carring (saved Sophie from the bank)
-Trustworthy (keeps his deveation secret, aswell as others)
-Sneaky (hides the truth from everyone except his uncle, kills someone)
David Storm is significant in the novel because he the is narrator of the story. David is one of a small group of youngsters who can communicate with each other via telepathyHowever, their community's theological prejudice against anyone who is abnormal means he and the others must keep their abilities carefully hidden.

ReplyDeleteI would use the word clever instead of sneaky. Cleaver means someone is quick to understand, learn, and devise a plan or especially good at something. Sneaky means they are sly and able to sneak around.
